Ring of Cork is bursting with spectacular Blue and Green spaces
Decide where your next adventure will be, and better still arrange to explore with a friend to stay connected. Remember, you don’t have to exercise vigorously in order to improve your health.
Instead, try to introduce some light activity where you can and in the daylight preferably. Every little bit does help. The most important thing is to sit less, move more and go outdoors, enjoy the fresh air and take a break from your busy life.
It is recommended that adults are active for 30 minutes each day and children and young persons for one hour.
The trails are suitable for walking and running. Some also suitable for cycling. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. Remember to practice the Leave no Trace Principles.
Keep moving in nature.
