1. YogaRunYoga (**NEW**) 10.30am to 11.30am (approx) – suitable for over 16s – this class is perfect for someone who wants to get active and maybe even add to their training schedule. Featuring approx. 20 minutes of Yoga warm up, a 2-3 K run/jog through the scenic Fota followed by approximately. 20 minutes Yoga cooldown. There is a route also for those who wish to brisk walk and not run. Perfect way to stretch out and get active on a Sunday! (Under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian)
