The Magic of Santa at Fota House 2024!

This Christmas, Santa & Mrs. Claus have returned once more to Fota House as they make their final preparations for Christmas Eve. They will be joined once again by the Elves, who as always are behind with their jobs and might need your help, festive cheer and a little bit of magic to help them finish everything on time and impress Santa in their quest to become the elf that will accompany him on his journey around the world on Christmas Eve.

Pre-Booking is essential
In the booking process, Santa will require the following information:

• Child’s name.

• Child’s age at time of visit, not at the time of booking.

• Any Special Assistance.

Important Information before you proceed with your booking
• We only take the names and ages of children at the booking stage and cannot take any additional information as this is prone to error and we do not want to disappoint any child.

• The Experience lasts approx 50-60 minutes.

• As in previous years and in line with our education and sustainabilty ethos, children will be gifted age appropriate books only and not toys.

• Having met Santa, children will be invited by Santa to collect their presents from the elves in the North Pole Library.

• Buggies are not permitted inside the house due to stone flooring in some areas which are not suitable for buggy wheels but we do provide a secure storage area at check in.

• The House is fully wheelchair accessible.

• We would ask that you notify us in advance of any special assistance you may require by emailing events@fotahouse.com

Terms & Conditions
• All Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Tickets for this event are non-refundable and not for re-sale by third parties.

• Please take careful note of your date and time booked, as your event is a while away and it’s easy to forget or mix up dates.

• Please be aware if you miss your time or date we may not be able to accommodate you at an alternative time.

• The booking service is not free, you will be charged for using it, we do have a booking a €1.95 per transaction.

• It may be possible to amend your booking via the link that will be in your ‘booking confirmation email.

• Changes to a Service – In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary at times to change the details or itinerary of the event or a booking. The Company reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to any booking made. In this event the Company will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
