Infinity Made Imaginable – Exhibition on St. Colman’s Cathedral, Cobh

An exhibition organised by Cork Harbour Islands Project (C.H.I.P.) to mark the centenary of the consecration of Saint Colman’s Cathedral will take place during the month of August in Cobh Maritime Development Exhibition Area (Cobh Railway Station),Tuesday, 6th of August to Saturday, 31st of August.
The Exhibition, first shown in 2018, will focus on one of the most iconic buildings in Ireland – St Colman’s Cathedral.
Our beautiful Cathedral celebrated the 150th Anniversary of the laying of its Foundation Stone in 2018 and this month will see the 100th Anniversary of its Consecration.The Exhibition will showcase all aspects of the Cathedral from its beginnings, those that worked on it and the huge social importance it has played in the history of our town over the last hundred years.
The Exhibition will show in FULL in the Maritime Centre, Railway Station with a mini version in Dunworth House (which will also have the beautiful photos from the recent Exhibition in Cork Airport on display). Please note the Maritime Exhibition Centre, Railway Station will be open from 9am – 4pm each day (however the centre will be closed on the following dates – 10th, 15th, 18th, 25th and 29th August and open 9-3 on 17th and 9-1 23rd & 24th August)
