Go Zone @ Go Safari. It is a low sensory, “quiet” time that we are inviting children with autism and their families to enjoy at the weekend, after the normal business hours hustle and bustle.
We have been approached by many families over the years, who have been desperate to allow their children some play time in centres such as ours, but without the commotion and unsupportive looks they often get from people who don’t understand their child has autism. It is for this reason, we decided to create an autism friendly time for our clients who have a child with autism. This will be our second Go Zone and we intend to run these “quiet times” on a monthly basis, the first Saturday of every month.
The November Go Zone takes places on Saturday 5th November 6.15pm-7.30pm.
