The 2023 Youghal Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will assemble from 2pm on the Brehon Road from the Roundabout and will commence at 3pm sharp and will do a circle of the town returning to Dolphin Square. It promises to be an event for all the family to enjoy! The theme this year is Mardi Gras!
